Add the Watercooler Bot to any group space and the bot will help you get started. Simply type "@Watercooler hi" and you can choose to pair random teammates daily, weekly, or even monthly. When paired, two users of the group will be added to a new space and the Watercooler bot will ask a question to help break the ice. You can always ask for a new question or even choose to sit out of the next pairing if you're too busy.

Don't worry, in the direct message space with the Watercooler bot, you can always choose to opt-out of pairing for any space where pairing has already been started.

Even in a group space, anyone can request the Watercooler bot to ask a random question - try it out by adding "Watercooler02@webex.bot" to your team space today! After you add the bot, you will receive a greeting prompt with two options: 'Get Started' or 'Group question.' To have the Watercooler bot pair people up at regular intervals, click 'Get Started,' and then select the frequency at which the bot will pair individuals in the space.

When the bot has paired everyone in the space, it will notify the group. You can always start again after new members join the space.
