Account Requirements
To use this app, you need a paid Webex license and a MoAI account.
Create a MoAI account
Contact us at help@moai-note.ai. Our team will assist with account creation and setup.
Pricing
The app is currently free to use. It includes up to 300 minutes of transcription per month at no cost. Once the 300-minute monthly limit is reached, the service will no longer be available until the monthly quota resets. There are currently no paid subscriptions or paid plans.
Setup Instructions
- Go to the MoAI-Note website and complete the video conferencing platform integration: https://furence.gitbook.io/moai_b2b/moai-web/1/undefined-2
- Sign in to Webex Control Hub.
- Navigate to Management > Apps > Service Apps.
- Find the MoAI-Note AI Transcription app.
- Click Authorize under the Authorization section, then click Save.
